（1）以上两个句子是现在完成时态，表示一种结果。“食物现在已在我的胃里”。它的构成是“have (has) + 动词的过去分词”。
E.g. You have changed. 你已经变了。
（2）just 表示“刚刚”， 用于现在完成时态。
Eg. She has just arrived. 她刚刚到。
