Read the introduction about the writer and the book The Moonstone. (WB P244)
Step II Listening: （SB P110）
Look at the picture on P110, and tell the students it is one scene from the story The Moonstone. The main character , Rachel Verinder, has a birthday party.
Listen to the three dialogues and finish the exercises
And then find out the characters in the picture. Predict what will happen next.
